Daniel Evans – Chairman, Attorney – William Wright
The planning Board is primarily responsible for the preparation of detailed plans of the continued growth and development of the Town outside the two incorporated villages. They review and make recommendations on such things as development plans, petitions for zoning change and any other matters referred to it by the Town Board. Board members are: Dan Evans, David Carlberg, Gary Swanson, Ronald Calanni, Paul Shanahan, Michael Mogenhan & Phyllis Belin. The Planning Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Ellicott Administration Bldg.
Steven Hoglin – Chairman, Attorney – William Wright
It is the Board of Appeals is responsibility to hear
and decide appeals that are made to the Town regarding zoning. They also may
review orders and decisions made by the Building Inspector. Board Members are:
Steven Hoglin, Kathy Hedstrand, John Merchant, Angelo Cimo, Patricia Martonis,
Dave Remington, Richard Keefer. The Zoning Board meets the last Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Ellicott
Administration Bldg.
Grievance day is the fourth Tuesday of every
May. During grievance day, the Board
of Assessment Review hears and makes determinations on complaints about
assessments. This Board is empowered to administer oaths, take testimony, and
hears proof concerning any complaint and the assessment to which it relates.
Upon hearing all issues of the complaint, this Board shall determine the final
assessment of the real property in question.
