Minutes of a Special Meeting of the

Town Council of the Town of Ellicott

held at the Administration Building,

215 S. Work Street, Falconer, N.Y. on

June 29, 2001 at 12:15 P.M.

 

Present: Supervisor Tyler, Councilman Hendrickson, Councilman Lodestro, Town Clerk Erlandson.

 

Absent: Councilman Miller, Councilman Taylor.

 

Supervisor Tyler opened the meeting at 12:20 P.M. and led the Town Council in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Town Clerk Erlandson called the roll.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

 

Motion by Councilman Lodestro, seconded by Councilman Hendrickson to accept the minutes of the June 13, 2001 meeting as presented by the Town Clerk.

                OLD BUSINESS

 

Renovation of Administration Building – Councilman Hendrickson reported that the bid notice for the renovation of the Ellicott Administration Building has been published.  Bids for the project are to be returned no later than July 12, 2001 at 2:00 PM.

 

                RESOLUTION #99-01

            Budget Transfers

 

Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Lodestro authorizing Town of Ellicott Supervisor to make the following budget transfers:

 

Transfer the amount of $30.00 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) into Account #A1010.4 (Town Board – Contractual); transfer the amount of $1,664.72 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) into Account #A1330.4 (Tax Collection – Contractual); transfer the amount of $50.00 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) to Account #A1410.4 (Town Clerk – Contractual); transfer the amount of $9,689.68 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) to Account #A1420.4 (Attorney – Contractual); transfer the amount of $2,489.09 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) to Account #A1680.4 (Data Processing – Contractual); transfer the amount of $293.80 from Account #A9010.8 (Retirement) to Account #A6989.4 (Economic Development – Contractual);

            RESOLUTION #100-01

Payment of Claims

 

Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Lodestro, to pay current claims 753 - 810, inclusive, in the amount of $78,471.62 and charge to the proper fund or account.
