MOTION by Councilman Lodestro, seconded by Councilman Heintzelman that the
qualifying limits for the senior citizen property tax exemption (Article 46=

the Real Property Tax Law) be increased to $16,000.00 effective as of the n=
ext
taxable status date (March 1, 2008), with the income limit to be increased
annually by an additional $1,000.00 per year in each of the next four (4) y=
ears

Town Council discussed a proposed local law to rezone a section of property=

the east side of Dunham Ave.

the Council received a letter from the Ellicott Planning Board in support of
the proposed rezoning request.
However, Attorney Wright noted that the Ellicott Planning Board also
recommended that the rezoning be subject to environmental review with the
Planning Board acting as lead agency.
Therefore, he suggested that the Council not rezone the property unt=
