Present: Supervisor Miller, Councilman Orlando= , Councilman Beckerink, Councilman Heintzelman, Town Clerk Erlandson, Highway Superinten= dent Shellhouse, Legislator Barmore. Absent: Councilman Lodestro.

meeting at 7:00 PM and led the Town Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. Town Clerk Erlandson called t=

by Councilman Heintzelman, seconded by Councilman Beckerink to accept the
minutes of the January 18, 2010 meeting as presented by the Town Clerk.

Orlando reported that the Ellicott Information Technology Committee is =
meeting
with a website designer on Feb. 3, 2010 to discuss the Town of
Town Clerk Erlandson reported that he w= ould be collecting property taxes at the Celoron Village Hall on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.= p>
Supervisor Miller reported that a Public Hearing concerning=
the
proposed SKF expansion will be =
held
on Feb. 25, 2010.
Mr. =
Miller also reported that he met with a representative=
from
the Heritage Group re their proposed development on
Town of Prior to adopting the final plan, =
the
Council must first conduct a Public Hearing. Mr. Heintzelman anticipates that t=
he
Public Hearing could be held as early as March 15, 2010. Tabled pending further review.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion by Supervisor Miller, seconded by Councilman Beckerink to schedule a Public Hearing for = March 1, 2010 at 7:00 PM to discuss the renewal of a franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable.

f Dogs – Councilman Beckerink discussed the feasibility of adopting a regula=
tion
limiting the number of dogs a Town of Ellicott resident is allowed to harbor
without a special permit. He =
noted
that several area municipalities have such a regulation. Mr. Beckerink recommended that the=
proposal
be referred to the Ellicott Planning Board for further review. The Town Council discussed the mat=
ter.
